ENG Ingredients: WHEAT flour, candied pears 15% (pears, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar), fresh EGG yolk from free-range hens, chocolate chips 9% (cocoa nibs, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: SOY lecithins), water, 8% extra virgin olive oil, cane sugar, natural mother yeast (WHEAT flour, water), ground candied orange peel 3% (orange peel, glucose syrup, sugar), honey, emulsifiers: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, salt, natural flavor (vanilla beans).

The Strucà is a dessert completely free of butter and milk derivatives, kneaded exclusively with extra virgin olive oil. Shelf Life and Conditions:
The product maintains its characteristics for MONTHS in its original packaging. Store in a cool, dry place. Avoid direct exposure to light and heat sources.
