ENG Ingredients: WHEAT flour, raisins 16%, fresh EGG yolk from free-range hens, candied apples 8% (apples, sugar, glucose syrup), water, 8% extra virgin olive oil, cane sugar, natural mother yeast (WHEAT flour, water), ground candied orange peel 3% (orange peel, glucose syrup, sugar), honey, emulsifiers: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, powdered sugar, salt, ground cinnamon 0.1%, natural flavor (vanilla beans).
May contain traces of NUTS, SOY, MILK, and MUSTARD.

Many of the healthful properties of olive oil were already known in antiquity. For the ancient Romans, oil was, not coincidentally, a symbol of longevity and beauty, so much so that Cleopatra was accustomed to taking long baths immersed in olive oil. The Strucà is a cake completely free of butter and milk derivatives, kneaded exclusively with extra virgin olive oil. We are not sure that our Strucà can make you as beautiful as Cleopatra, but, what to say, you have a whole year to experiment with it!
Shelf Life and Conditions:
The product maintains its characteristics for MONTHS in its original packaging. To be stored in a cool, dry place. Avoid direct exposure to light and heat sources.
