Borgonovo Dairy is a small family-run business established in 1978 in a building that has nearly a century of history.

Genuine products and exquisite flavors are the hallmarks of the Palormi Brothers, who, with dedication and passion, carry on the dairy legacy of their father Ettore and grandfather Eugenio.

We are located on the banks of the great river where, in winter, the fog hangs heavy, while in summer the sun scorches the stones and the minds of those working in the fields.
It's hard work, but one that the Palormi family is justifiably proud of.

Brothers Ennio and Gianfranco rise every morning at 4:30 (including Christmas and Easter) to begin production. Their sister Carla, on the other hand, works in the shop in the town center and is a cheerful "commercial" powerhouse.

The utmost care in every step, from milk collection to aging, is a distinctive trait of the processes at Borgonovo Dairy. For over 30 years, the Palormi family has been producing fine Grana Padano DOP cheeses aged from 10 to 30 months, as well as niche products like “Cacio del Po,” which can be found in our online shop.
